Description of the activities done on this project:
Prepairing 3D models (surface design) for the manufacturing of Lay-up Tooling for GLARE® panels
Creating 3D models (Catia V4 solid modelling and Composite Covering) of GLARE skins, doublers, Buttstraps and Leading edges
Creating Nc-programs for sheetmetal parts using ASCO and for 3D contour routering of the bonded skins (door- and window cut-outs, and pre-drilled fastener and cable feed-trough holes) using CATIA V4 Multiple Axis Milling
Generating output for Virtek Laser Projection System (LPS) used for GLARE® glassfibre and aluminium lay-up.
Generating output for Composite Cutter system using Lectra software.
