The design work is carried out “in house” using IBM CATIA v4 and v5 systems as well as other CAE facilities to produce 3D solid models. A dedicated GATE Lead Engineer is appointed to your project, whose responsibility is to ensure that the technical and project requirements are adhered to. For the duration of the project our Liaison Engineer will provide regular progress reports until completion, on time and at the right price.
Designing with 3D solid models means that the generation of 2D drawings no longer forms part of the design process. However, there is still a requirement for detail drawings from other departments and GATE has the necessary technology to generate them. All drawings are produced to a standard of your choice, either international or company designated.
Secure electronic transmission of data in either direction is possible through our dedicated FTP server, email or any transportable media.
